Technical Enablement Lead

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Technical and Agentic Enablement Lead.

Key Responsibilities

• Own the design and execution of technical enablement for Solutions Engineering, including onboarding and skills development
• Design and deploy AI workflows that support technical sellers and automate enablement activities
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align enablement with business priorities and manage programs end-to-end

Required Qualifications

• 8+ years in a SaaS technical GTM role (e.g., Solutions Engineering, Solutions Architecture)
• Experience delivering technical training and enablement programs for field teams
• Hands-on experience building AI-driven tools or automations
• Strong technical fluency, including the ability to read and debug code
• Experience with common GTM tools (e.g., Salesforce, Gong, Highspot)
