Technical Enablement Lead

Job Summary

Owning the end-to-end knowledge experience, the full-time Technical Enablement Lead will manage product documentation across various modules, launch the Flosum Certification Program, and analyze support signals to enhance content quality and accessibility.

Key Responsibilities

• Maintain and improve product documentation for Salesforce DevOps, Data Backup & Recovery, Security, and Compliance
• Build and launch the Flosum Certification Program, including learning paths and exam blueprints
• Analyze support cases and inquiries to identify documentation gaps and update content proactively

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years in technical writing, developer enablement, or technical training, preferably in the Salesforce ecosystem
• Hands-on familiarity with Salesforce DevOps concepts and data backup/recovery principles
• Proven experience in building or contributing to a certification or learning program
• Strong analytical skills for mining CRM data to inform content priorities
• Excellent writing skills for translating complex technical workflows into clear guidance
