Job Summary

A company is looking for a Support Enablement Program Manager to oversee training and product knowledge for customer-facing technical teams.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design onboarding programs for Support, Services, and Solutions Engineers to enhance ramp time and technical foundation
  • Lead training sessions and workshops to educate teams on new features and workflows
  • Develop certifications and knowledge checks to assess technical fluency and identify gaps
Required Qualifications
  • 3-5 years of experience in Technical Enablement, Customer Success, or Solutions Engineering in a SaaS environment
  • Strong facilitation skills for workshops and executive-level conversations
  • Technical fluency with data workflows, APIs, integrations, and automation concepts
  • Experience in building and scaling enablement programs and managing content systems
  • Ability to thrive in fast-paced, high-growth environments while providing structure and clarity
