Technical Enablement Manager

Job Summary

Building programs and learning experiences for technical sellers, the full-time remote Technical Enablement Manager will design specialized onboarding, develop training materials, and maintain a library of technical content to enhance the effectiveness of Solutions Engineers, Solution Architects, CSMs, and TAMs.

Key responsibilities

• Design and deliver specialized onboarding for technical seller personas
• Develop and maintain a library of technical enablement content, including demo guides and objection handling frameworks
• Run ongoing enablement programs, including training sessions and skill-building workshops

Required qualifications

• 2-4 years of experience in technical enablement, solutions engineering, or technical training
• Strong technical aptitude and ability to learn complex products
• Proven ability to design and facilitate training for technical audiences
• Hands-on experience using AI tools in a work context
• Comfort operating in a fast-moving, build-from-scratch environment
