Job Summary
Focused on enhancing client success, the full-time salaried Technical Enablement Manager will manage technical onboarding, provide ongoing support, and collaborate with cross-functional teams in a remote environment.
Key responsibilities
- Manage the technical onboarding process for new clients, ensuring a smooth transition to the platform
- Provide ongoing technical support and training to clients, addressing their needs and enhancing their usage of the technology
- Collaborate with product and engineering teams to relay client feedback and influence product development
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience
- Experience in a technical support or enablement role, preferably in a SaaS environment
- Strong understanding of Connected TV advertising and related technologies
- Proven ability to work collaboratively across teams and with clients
- Familiarity with project management tools and methodologies
