Job Summary

A company is looking for a Technical Enablement Program Manager.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee technical enablement programs for technical roles globally, including design, creation, and delivery
• Manage ongoing enablement for technical roles and certification programs, ensuring outreach across different regions
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align on deliverables, capture training requirements, and analyze skills gaps

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree with 3+ years or Master's degree with 2+ years in relevant fields such as IT, Engineering, or Program Management
• Proven project and/or program management experience in technological or sales industries
• Experience with Learning Management Systems and enablement tools
• Strong analytical skills and ability to communicate complex concepts effectively
• Fluency in English; other languages are a plus
