Technical Enablement Program Manager

Job Summary

Driving the design and execution of technical enablement programs, the remote Technical Enablement Program Manager will manage onboarding, continuous learning, and certification initiatives for the Field Engineering organization while collaborating with various stakeholders to enhance practitioner-level technical competence.

Key Responsibilities

• Build and manage enablement programs, including onboarding, workshops, and certification tracks
• Lead onboarding for new field engineering hires and maintain a continuous learning roadmap
• Engage with stakeholders to understand enablement needs and drive alignment on program priorities

Required Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in technical enablement, training, or curriculum development
• Proven ability to design and launch multi-persona technical enablement programs
• Strong program and project management skills with experience managing overlapping initiatives
• Familiarity with learning management systems and content development tools
• Experience with adult learning theory and instructional design best practices
