Job Summary

A company is looking for a Technical Enablement Specialist to enhance the technical knowledge and confidence of its go-to-market team.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop enablement content to simplify complex technical concepts for sales teams
• Design and lead onboarding, certification, and continuous learning programs
• Build self-serve learning modules and resources to enhance technical fluency

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in technical sales enablement or a similar role in a B2B SaaS or infrastructure company
• Ability to effectively teach complex infrastructure, cloud, or security concepts to diverse audiences
• Experience with tools for building enablement content such as Highspot or LMS platforms
• Strong project management skills with a focus on action and iteration
• Bonus: Experience in identity, infrastructure access, or open-source domains
