Technical Enablement Specialist

Job Summary

Working remotely from Mexico, the full-time Technical Enablement Specialist will build and scale enablement content and documentation to enhance partner execution and adoption across co-sell and marketplace workflows.

Key responsibilities:

• Develop structured product documentation and align it with product releases and changes
• Create enablement assets such as step-by-step walkthroughs, quick reference guides, and interactive demos
• Deliver training sessions and convert support tickets into enablement improvements to enhance partner success

Required qualifications:

• 3-6 years of experience in Technical Enablement, Documentation, Support, or Solutions roles
• Experience with SaaS integrations and CRM systems, preferably Salesforce
• Proficient in Google and Microsoft Suite, particularly PowerPoint/Slides
• Strong time management and organizational skills
• Ability to work collaboratively in Agile, fast-paced environments
