Job Summary

A company is looking for a Technical Engagement Analyst who will focus on technical client support and data optimization.

Key Responsibilities
  • Act as a technical point of escalation for cross-functional teams
  • Support existing client changes involving location and pay code additions
  • Perform operational reviews to recommend and implement improvements to client data exchanges
Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree with 2+ years of experience in implementations or technical account management
  • Knowledge of Dell Boomi or willingness to learn
  • Experience troubleshooting sFTP, API, and data concerns
  • Capacity to prioritize and handle multiple projects simultaneously
  • Occasional need to work outside of normal business hours may be required
