Technical Engagement Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Technical Delivery Manager (Technical Engagement Manager).

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the technical onboarding and configuration of Bug Bounty, Vulnerability, and Pentest programs for customers
• Act as a technical point of contact during program launches and provide ongoing support
• Manage program timelines and stakeholder expectations throughout the project lifecycle

Required Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in a customer-facing technical role such as implementation or technical program management
• Knowledge of pentest, bug-bounty, and red-team methodologies
• Experience in managing multiple projects simultaneously
• Ability to work collaboratively in a cross-functional environment
• Familiarity with at least one scripting language (e.g., Python, Ruby, Bash) for automation tasks
