Job Summary

A company is looking for an Engagement Manager - Technical to join their Marketing Services team.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring deliverables align with business goals and are executed on time
  • Lead cross-functional teams to deliver integrated MarTech programs that drive measurable impact
  • Manage technically complex projects including CDP implementations and mobile SDK setups, ensuring successful delivery


Required Qualifications:
  • 3-5 years of experience in client management, account management, or project management within a marketing or digital environment
  • Experience managing client accounts or programs with exposure to multi-channel marketing initiatives
  • Working knowledge of Marketing Automation platforms and familiarity with CDP or data integration tools
  • Demonstrated ability to manage technically complex projects and engage in technical conversations with engineers
  • Highly organized and proactive, with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
