Job Summary

Owning the technical onboarding and implementation of security programs, the full-time Technical Engagement Manager 2 will lead customer engagements for Bug Bounty, Vulnerability Disclosure, and Pentest programs while working remotely.

Key responsibilities
  • Lead the end-to-end technical onboarding and configuration of security programs for new and existing customers
  • Act as a technical point of contact during program launches, ensuring smooth transitions and early success
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to relay customer feedback and advocate for feature enhancements
Required qualifications
  • 4+ years of experience in a customer-facing technical role such as implementation or technical program management
  • Deep knowledge of pentest, bug-bounty, and red-team methodologies
  • Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
  • Experience working collaboratively in a cross-functional environment
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a customer-facing mindset
