Technical Engagement Manager

Job Summary

Serving as a strategic technical lead, the full-time Technical Engagement Manager will bridge the gap between Komodo's data ecosystem and customer business objectives, ensuring successful delivery of AI tooling and solutions while working collaboratively with internal teams.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the implementation and delivery of AI solutions, ensuring project milestones are met on schedule
• Act as the primary advocate for customers, addressing their technical priorities and collaborating with internal product teams
• Facilitate cross-functional collaboration to resolve technical bottlenecks and streamline workflows for enhanced delivery efficiency

Required qualifications

• Strong foundational knowledge in data queries (SQL or similar) and data architecture concepts
• Understanding of AI/ML concepts and proficiency in generative AI tools for workflow automation
• Operational understanding of AWS cloud infrastructure and API technologies
• Experience in automating data execution tasks using tools like Snowflake Tasks or Airflow
• Prior experience in healthcare, life sciences, or healthtech industries is preferred
