Job Summary

A company is looking for a Remote Technical Engagement Specialist.

Key Responsibilities
  • Handle direct inbound calls from residential and commercial customers regarding technical issues
  • Provide first-level trouble support and follow up on scheduled trouble tickets for remote resolution
  • Act as a liaison between the company and residential customers, ensuring service excellence and issue resolution
Required Qualifications
  • High School Diploma or equivalent
  • Minimum of 2 years' relevant work experience in customer service, telecommunications, and technical support
  • Ability to work nontraditional schedules, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
  • Must have a quiet workplace and DSL or high-speed internet service with specified minimum speeds
  • Must meet all technical requirements prior to the first day of training
