Technical Engineer I

Job Summary

Curious and agile, the full-time remote Technical Engineer I will rapidly learn and apply new technologies to build tools and automation that improve claim quality and internal processes while developing data and analytics solutions for clients.

Key responsibilities

• Designs and develops innovative software solutions for internal and client use while testing their effectiveness
• Automates processes to enhance efficiency and supports database infrastructures for analytical tools
• Performs data manipulation, maintains data pipelines, and contributes to process improvements in a collaborative environment

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Science, Math, Economics, Finance, Business, Risk Management, or related fields
• Experience with data analysis, reporting, and analytics development
• Familiarity with programming languages such as Java, Python, or C#
• Knowledge of relational database programs like SQL or ORACLE
• Ability to quickly learn new tools and technologies
