Technical Engineer II with HL7

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Technical Engineer II (HL7 & RCM Required).

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and configure billing systems for clients, providing support and optimization of billing interfaces
• Design, build, and maintain integrations using the Decisions Rule Engine, ensuring reliable data ingestion
• Collaborate with project managers and stakeholders to plan and execute interface go-lives, including documentation and validation

Required Qualifications

• 3+ years of related Revenue Cycle experience, with a preference for Radiology Billing experience
• Working experience with HL7 messages (ADT, ORM, ORU, DFT) is required
• Familiarity with healthcare application environments and ability to integrate and map fields to HL7 standards
• Experience with database integration and SQL Server
• Knowledge of current integration best practices and clinical workflows, including PACS, DICOM, and RIS data
