Technical Engineer III

Job Summary

Providing advanced technical engineering expertise, the full-time salaried Technical Engineer III will support the ICE Health Service Corps by managing and monitoring Health IT programs, evaluating system architectures, and advising on technical risks and solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Provide advanced technical engineering analysis and advisory support for enterprise IT systems and infrastructure
• Evaluate system architectures and technical designs for alignment with operational, security, and performance requirements
• Identify and assess technical risks, advising leadership on tradeoffs and mitigation strategies

Required qualifications

• Advanced technical knowledge of enterprise IT systems, infrastructure, and architecture
• Experience evaluating technical designs and system architectures for security and operational alignment
• Ability to provide technical oversight and advisory support to leadership and technical teams
• Strong understanding of system modernization, integration, and lifecycle management
• Proven skill in troubleshooting complex technical issues across systems and platforms
