Seeking a hands-on Technical Engineer Manager for a remote, full-time position to lead the Subrogation product team, focusing on architectural design, development, and managing a small team of engineers while driving efficiency in healthcare operations through AI solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the development and production releases of robust solutions for healthcare subrogation product lines
• Manage a small team of developers, fostering a collaborative and high-performance culture
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to influence product direction and ensure timely quality releases

Required Qualifications

• 3+ years of technical leadership and engineering management experience
• 8+ years of backend services development, including API/micro-services at scale
• Proficiency in backend languages such as Java, Scala, or Rust
• Experience in hiring and managing engineering teams
• BS or MS in Computer Science or equivalent experience
