Job Summary

As a full-time Technical Engineer - New Grad, the candidate will deliver exceptional reactive support for customers, providing accurate solutions to technical issues while collaborating with peers and senior engineers in a hybrid work environment.

Key responsibilities
  • Independently manage a diverse workload of support cases and complex project assignments, delivering optimal solutions
  • Demonstrate foundational technical knowledge of QGenda for Tier 1, 2, 3+ support and maintain customer satisfaction through timely responses
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to assist with technical issues and act as a point of escalation for complex cases
Required qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree required
  • Strong collaboration and communication skills
  • Ability to complete assignments autonomously and maintain timely communication
  • Solid case/time-management skills
  • Experience in customer-facing roles is a plus
