Technical Engineer V

Job Summary

Leading the design and execution of technical solutions, the temporary Technical Engineer V will work remotely for 11 months, collaborating with management and support teams while focusing on infrastructure architecture, system integration, and user acceptance testing.

Key responsibilities

• Interact with business partners to clarify problems and elicit requirements for complex projects
• Coordinate vendor interactions and manage contract resources as needed
• Mentor less experienced engineers and review documentation and proposals

Required qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED
• Minimum 10 years of experience in systems design, management, or architecture
• Deep expertise in designing and scaling observability platforms (e.g., Dynatrace, DataDog)
• Experience in technical engineering involving infrastructure design and complex application development
• Ability to translate complex requirements into high-quality implementations
