Technical Engineering Lead

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Technical Engineering Lead (Back End).

Key Responsibilities

• Define and evolve the fullstack architecture for customer-facing conversion and engagement surfaces
• Champion a component-driven design system and drive performance optimization across the stack
• Provide technical leadership and mentorship to engineers on backend best practices and API design

Required Qualifications

• BS/MS in Computer Science/Engineering or equivalent experience
• 7+ years of software engineering experience, with 4+ years focused on backend development
• Deep proficiency in Ruby and/or Python, with strong knowledge of TypeScript and React
• Experience with API design, relational databases (PostgreSQL), and distributed systems
• Proficiency with at least one public cloud provider (AWS, Azure, GCP) and CI/CD pipelines
