Job Summary

A company is looking for a Manager of Technical Engineering in Product Engineering.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate tasks between various teams to ensure high-quality software delivery
• Lead and mentor a team of software engineers while contributing hands-on to code and design
• Drive continuous improvement by identifying bottlenecks and enhancing scalability and efficiency

Required Qualifications

• 15+ years of experience in software development or related engineering fields
• 5+ years of experience managing engineering teams
• Strong hands-on experience with technologies such as .NET, Java, and cloud services (AWS, Azure)
• Proven experience in building SaaS-based software with modern architectures
• BS or MS in Computer Science or a related technical field, or equivalent experience
