Technical Engineering Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Technical Engineering Manager to lead and grow an agile engineering team while actively contributing to technical delivery.

Key Responsibilities

• Contribute directly to technical delivery, including writing production code and driving architectural design
• Lead team prioritization and delivery planning, ensuring alignment with business objectives
• Mentor and coach team members to enhance their technical skills and foster team culture

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, MIS, Information Systems, or engineering, or equivalent experience
• 8+ years of software engineering experience with increasing leadership responsibility
• 4+ years of experience leading teams in an agile/scrum environment
• Current experience writing production code in C# .NET and Angular
• Strong technical foundation with experience in enterprise application development and cloud-native patterns
