Job Summary

Technical Engineering Manager, responsible for leading a full-time agile engineering team in a remote setting, focusing on software development, modernization initiatives, and mentoring team members.

• Contribute to technical delivery through coding, reviews, and architectural guidance
• Manage stakeholder relationships and align technical initiatives with business objectives

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, MIS, Information Systems, or related field, or equivalent experience
• 8+ years of software engineering experience with increasing leadership responsibilities
• 4+ years of experience leading teams in an agile/scrum environment
• Active hands-on experience with C# .NET and Angular codebases
• Strong understanding of modern software architecture and cloud-native patterns
