Technical Engineering Manager

Job Summary

Leading high-performing engineering teams, the full-time Technical Engineering Manager will drive modern cloud, platform, automation, and operational excellence initiatives remotely while ensuring successful delivery and fostering a culture of continuous improvement.

Key responsibilities

• Provide technical leadership across cloud, DevOps, and infrastructure initiatives, guiding architecture and design decisions
• Lead and mentor multidisciplinary teams, managing performance reviews and fostering a high-performance engineering culture
• Own delivery outcomes for client engagements, overseeing project execution, quality, and operational readiness

Required qualifications

• 7+ years of hands-on experience in DevOps, Cloud Engineering, Platform Engineering, or Site Reliability Engineering
• 3+ years of experience leading engineering teams and technical leaders
• Strong experience with at least one major cloud platform: AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud Platform
• Proven experience managing delivery across multiple teams or workstreams
• Professional-level English communication skills (B2+/C1)
