Job Summary

Leading a dynamic engineering team, the full-time Technical Engineering Manager will coordinate cross-functional tasks, mentor software engineers, and contribute hands-on to software development while ensuring high-quality delivery of scalable solutions in a remote environment.

Key responsibilities

• Collaborate with Product Engineering teams to deliver functional requirements and ensure features are built to specifications
• Lead, mentor, and inspire a team of software engineers while driving continuous improvement and operational excellence
• Manage cross-functional collaboration with various departments to align engineering execution with business outcomes

Required qualifications

• Strong hands-on experience with technologies such as .NET, Java, C#, and cloud service providers (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud Platform)
• Proven experience in building and delivering SaaS-based software with modern system architecture
• Solid understanding of Operational Excellence and experience with DevOps practices
• Demonstrated experience in leading and motivating cross-functional teams
• Experience in recruiting, mentoring, and managing software engineering teams
