Technical Evaluation Advisor

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Technical and Monitoring Evaluation Advisor.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide technical support and guidance for project implementation, including optimizing project proposals and addressing sustainability issues
• Develop training curricula for community climate action ambassadors and oversee the Alternative Livelihood Support component
• Guide the project team in defining indicators, monitoring progress, and reviewing reports to ensure alignment with objectives

Required Qualifications

• Master's degree in Agriculture, Environmental Science, or a related field
• Mid-level experience in monitoring and supporting similar projects
• Background in Monitoring & Evaluation (M&E) and Project Management
• Experience in community-based environmental projects is an advantage
• Ability to work remotely and be available for project consultations
