Technical Excellence Lead

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Technical Excellence Lead.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop data collection structure for preventative maintenance and equipment upkeep
• Plan and execute the installation and configuration of AV equipment
• Act as a technical escalation point for AV and UC systems issues

Required Qualifications

• Working knowledge of basic contract language and agreement structures
• Strong understanding of commercial/institutional technology applications and operations
• Significant experience with commercial/institutional building design and construction
• Ability to influence decisions using data and operational insights
• Familiarity with event production roles and functions
