Technical Expert Engineer

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Technical Expert Engineer (US time zone, remote).

Key Responsibilities:

• Deep dive into complex customer issues and reproduce them in sandbox environments
• Create and develop internal tooling to improve observability and automation
• Collaborate with various teams to address complex issues and contribute to product improvement

Required Qualifications:

• 4-5+ years in a senior technical position (e.g., Software Developer, SRE, Performance Engineer)
• 2+ years of professional experience with Go
• Practical experience with Kubernetes (K8s)
• Understanding of IT infrastructure and troubleshooting distributed systems
• Experience with VictoriaMetrics or other time-series databases is preferred
