Job Summary

To support the delivery of high-quality training and technical assistance in public and behavioral health, the remote Technical Expert I will design curricula, conduct needs assessments, and facilitate tailored training sessions while ensuring content quality and effective outcomes for grantees.

Key responsibilities:
  • Plan, design, and deliver training and technical assistance across various modalities tailored to audience needs
  • Develop high-quality written products and training materials with minimal supervision, ensuring alignment with best practices
  • Conduct research and needs assessments, translating findings into effective technical assistance solutions for grantees
Required qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in social services, public health, or a related field
  • Minimum 10 years of relevant work experience with expertise in a specific public/behavioral health area
  • Demonstrated ability to design adult-learning-aligned curricula and facilitate engaging sessions
  • Proficiency in producing concise, well-cited written products tailored to grantee needs
  • Fluency in English, both oral and written
