Job Summary

To enhance public and behavioral health initiatives, the remote Technical Expert I will design and deliver high-quality training and technical assistance, develop curricula and materials, and conduct needs assessments to support grantees effectively.

Key responsibilities:
  • Plan, design, and deliver tailored training and technical assistance across various modalities
  • Develop high-quality written products and training materials with minimal supervision
  • Conduct research and needs assessments, translating findings into effective technical assistance solutions
Required qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in social services, public health, or a related field
  • Minimum 10 years of relevant work experience in public/behavioral health
  • Demonstrated subject-matter expertise and ability to design adult-learning-aligned curricula
  • Proficient in Microsoft 365 and knowledgeable about current public health topics
  • Fluency in English, both oral and written
