Technical Gear Specialist

Job Summary

To support the sales team, the remote Technical Gear Specialist will manage the quoting process for low voltage electrical systems, ensuring compliance with the National Electrical Code while effectively communicating technical details and maintaining project schedules.

Key responsibilities

• Demonstrate expertise in low voltage electrical systems and components
• Receive and process RFQs, develop accurate quote packages, and manage communication throughout the project lifecycle
• Monitor project schedules, proactively identifying and addressing scheduling issues

Required qualifications

• High School diploma or GED
• Minimum of 5 years of experience with low voltage electrical gear or 2 years with quoting experience
• Strong mathematical aptitude and demonstrated computer proficiency
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Reliability, professionalism, and a strong work ethic
