Technical Governance Manager

Job Summary

As the Expert Technical Governance & Operational Readiness Manager, the full-time role will manage IT governance, risk, and readiness frameworks to support Engineering, Technical Program Office, and Trust & Resilience organizations, focusing on technical compliance, audit readiness, and automated monitoring.

Key Responsibilities

• Translate and execute the technical tracks of the IT governance roadmap to align operations with firm policies and external requirements
• Establish and maintain a unified control framework mapping technical architecture and cloud infrastructure to governance standards
• Architect and manage a continuous audit readiness program, partnering with internal teams to automate evidence collection pipelines

Required Qualifications

• 6+ years of experience in IT GRC, IT audit, or technical compliance in fintech, SaaS, or regulated technology environments
• Proven ability to implement and scale technical control frameworks and readiness roadmaps in immature program settings
• Deep knowledge of security and governance frameworks such as SOC 2 Type II, ISO 27701/27001, and NIST CSF
• Experience with cloud-native GRC platforms and configuring API integrations for continuous control monitoring
• Engineering literacy to evaluate compliance risks in development/deployment pipelines and system architecture
