Technical GTM Engineer

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Technical GTM Engineer to build and scale internal systems for their go-to-market engine.

Key Responsibilities

• Build and maintain internal tooling to enhance Marketing and Sales efficiency
• Own the end-to-end GTM systems stack, ensuring reliability and clean data flows
• Implement lifecycle automation to support lead/customer journeys and drive conversion and retention

Required Qualifications

• Experience in building internal tooling for Marketing and Sales in a SaaS environment
• Strong fluency in product event instrumentation and integration with GTM systems
• Hands-on experience with CRM integrations (HubSpot and/or Salesforce)
• Understanding of data pipelines and synchronization between data warehouses and CRMs
• Ability to manage GTM systems architecture, reliability, and data quality
