Job Summary

Owning critical external-facing projects, the full-time Technical Head of Special Projects will drive initiatives from concept to execution, leveraging a technical background to deliver innovative solutions in a remote environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Own external and market-facing projects end to end, from scoping to delivery
• Conduct research, structure problems, and produce real outputs such as working products and frameworks
• Collaborate across functions to drive multi-million dollar initiatives and ensure accountability for outcomes

Required Qualifications

• STEM degree in a technical field such as computer science, engineering, or biology
• 7-10 years of experience owning complex, ambiguous projects and delivering results
• Proven track record of building tangible products or systems from scratch
• Fluency in modern AI tools and technologies
• Strong written communication skills, capable of clarifying complex situations
