Required Qualifications:
  • Current CCNA certification
  • Bachelor's degree in Networking and Systems Administration or equivalent experience
  • Minimum 5+ years of technical leadership experience
  • Minimum 5+ years of call center leadership experience
  • Strong technical understanding of modems, routers, VoIP, DNS, VPN, TCP/IP, and DHCP
