Job Summary

Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee the training and development of help desk staff

- Ensure compliance with company procedures and maintain attendance records for the team
Required Qualifications:
- Current CCNA certification
- Bachelor's degree in Networking and Systems Administration or equivalent experience
- Minimum 5+ years of technical leadership experience
- Minimum 5+ years of call center leadership experience
- Strong technical understanding of modems, routers, VoIP, DNS, VPN, TCP/IP, and DHCP
