Job Summary

A company is looking for a Technical Help Desk Support Specialist.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide Tier 1 support to customers, triaging and escalating issues as needed
  • Help customers identify and resolve technical issues
  • Thoroughly document service requests and track issues for resolution

Qualifications:
  • Pass government background investigation and be eligible to work without sponsorship
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field preferred
  • 1 year or less experience with project management tools, JIRA, and ServiceNow
  • 1 year or less experience with Agile framework, Scrum Master or SAFe Agile certification preferred
  • Highly motivated, detail-oriented, and able to adapt to new requirements
