Job Summary

A company is looking for a Technical Helpdesk Analyst I.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide technical help desk support for customer-escalated issues and bugs
  • Create and manage tickets for service requests, alerts, issues, and incidents
  • Coordinate with application support staff and work with Level 2 and 3 support personnel to resolve problems
Required Qualifications
  • 3+ years of prior experience in a technical helpdesk role
  • Solid working knowledge of Linux (command line)
  • Intermediate knowledge of networking concepts and commands
  • Education: Associate's or bachelor's degree in computer science or a similar technical field, or equivalent related work experience
  • ITIL Service Management knowledge is desirable
