Job Summary

A company is looking for a Remote Overnight Technical Helpdesk.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide technical assistance to clients via phone, email, and chat for commercial credit card programs
  • Troubleshoot and resolve client issues to ensure a positive experience with online card management platforms
  • Collaborate with account management teams to support client needs in a 24/7 helpdesk environment
Required Qualifications
  • High School diploma/GED or equivalent
  • 2-3 years of experience in Customer Service
  • Experience in technical support
  • Familiarity with helpdesk ticketing systems (e.g., ServiceNow) is preferred
  • Proficient computer skills using various software packages, including Microsoft Office applications
