Job Summary
A company is looking for a Remote Overnight Technical Helpdesk.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide technical assistance to clients via phone, email, and chat for commercial credit card programs
- Troubleshoot and resolve client issues to ensure a positive experience with online card management platforms
- Collaborate with account management teams to support client needs in a 24/7 helpdesk environment
Required Qualifications
- High School diploma/GED or equivalent
- 2-3 years of experience in Customer Service
- Experience in technical support
- Familiarity with helpdesk ticketing systems (e.g., ServiceNow) is preferred
- Proficient computer skills using various software packages, including Microsoft Office applications
