Job Summary

Working remotely as a freelancer, the Natural Language Technical Translator with Hindi will provide creative translations of virtual personal assistant dialogs from U.S. English to Hindi, focusing on both linguistic and XML-based adaptations while collaborating closely with client teams.

Key responsibilities

• Creative linguistic adaptation and review of dialogs from U.S. English to Hindi
• Adaptation of personality-flavored dialogs at both linguistic and XML code levels
• Investigation and resolution of linguistic bugs identified by the client-based QA team

Required qualifications

• Native speaker of Hindi with proven experience in creative translation from English into Hindi
• Working knowledge of XML or other markup languages
• Experience translating content with embedded variables in an XML environment
• Bachelor's degree in Translation or relevant work experience
• Self-motivated with demonstrated creative and critical thinking capabilities
