Job Summary
To support a dynamic technology environment, the full-time salaried Technical HR Business Partner will collaborate with Engineering, Research, Product Strategy, and Technical Operations leaders to design people programs, influence organizational health, and enhance employee engagement while navigating the unique challenges of an AI company.
Key responsibilities
- Design and implement new people programs and policies tailored to the needs of technical teams
- Coach leaders on organizational change, performance management, and team effectiveness
- Utilize people data to inform workforce planning, hiring strategies, and employee engagement initiatives
Required qualifications
- 5+ years of progressive HR Business Partner experience supporting technical organizations
- Experience partnering with Engineering, AI/ML, Research, or other highly technical teams
- Strong knowledge of organizational design, workforce planning, and leadership coaching
- Proven ability to influence decision-making through trusted relationships with senior leaders
- Hands-on experience with HR tools and processes, including familiarity with AI and machine learning environments
