Technical Implementation Analyst

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Technical Implementation Analyst to join their project implementation team for new and existing customers.

Key Responsibilities

• Gather, evaluate, and organize client deliverables for configuration
• Perform system installations, upgrades, and configurations, including integration with student information systems
• Manage time effectively to meet scheduled deadlines and collaborate with various departments for client support

Required Qualifications

• Experience implementing proprietary software
• Ability to configure single sign-on (SSO) within various systems
• Familiarity with student information systems (SIS) such as Banner, Colleague, PeopleSoft, WorkDay, and Anthology
• Proven ability to learn new technologies in a fast-paced environment
• Self-starter attitude with a curious nature
