Technical Implementation Analyst

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Technical Implementation Analyst III to oversee the technical aspects of the implementation process for new clients.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the implementation process, including gathering requirements, technical setup, and testing
• Collaborate with Implementation Coordinators and stakeholders to ensure successful client onboarding
• Analyze test data to identify issues and propose solutions for a successful go-live

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in a technical field or equivalent work experience
• At least 5 years of experience in technology or healthcare environments
• Minimum of 3 years managing complex client product onboarding implementations
• Experience with data mapping and healthcare provider data management
• Familiarity with cloud environments, particularly AWS, and enterprise database software
