Technical Implementation Analyst

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Technical Implementation Analyst to join their Customer Success team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Serve as the first technical point of contact for customer support requests, triaging and resolving issues efficiently
• Maintain articles in the Data X-Ray knowledgebase, adding and updating content as needed
• Deploy, configure, optimize, and maintain the Data X-Ray platform on hosted and customer infrastructure

Required Qualifications:

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in software deployment or systems administration on Linux platforms
• Solid understanding of networking and security concepts
• Experience with Linux OS fundamentals (RHEL/CentOS/Rocky)
• Familiarity with cloud infrastructure (Azure, AWS, GCP)
• Knowledge of CI/CD tools (Ansible, Docker/Podman, Git)
