Technical Implementation Analyst

Job Summary

Owning the translation of carrier underwriting guidelines and APIs into actionable requirements, the full-time Technical Implementation Analyst will work remotely to ensure accurate and current integrations while collaborating with various teams and partners in the insurance sector.

Key responsibilities

• Translate carrier underwriting guidelines and API documentation into clear engineering requirements
• Evaluate carrier APIs against Pathpoint's platform to identify gaps and required field mappings
• Document and track requirements across carrier underwriting guidelines and engineering tickets

Required qualifications

• 2-3 years of experience as a technical analyst, implementation analyst, or business systems analyst, preferably in insurance or technology
• Working knowledge of REST APIs and tools such as Postman
• Experience in aggregating and interpreting data from various sources
• Familiarity with AI tools for research and requirements writing
• Commercial insurance experience preferred
