Technical Implementation Consultant

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Technical Implementation Consultant to manage the technical delivery of hospitality software implementations.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and configure data ingestion pipelines and execute ETL/ELT processes from various hospitality systems
• Integrate customer systems using APIs and troubleshoot connectivity issues
• Act as the primary technical contact during implementation and ensure data accuracy and quality throughout the process

Required Qualifications

• Experience implementing hospitality software (SaaS, POS, PMS, or related platforms)
• Hands-on experience with data ingestion pipelines and ETL/ELT processes
• Working knowledge of APIs including REST, webhooks, and authentication methods
• Familiarity with data lakes/warehouses (S3, Redshift, Snowflake, or similar)
• Understanding of data normalization and schema design
