Job Summary

A company is looking for a Technical Implementation Consultant for the Cornerstone OnDemand suite of products.

Key Responsibilities

• Gather and define technical requirements to meet business and system needs
• Lead clients through data migration efforts, including validation and verification
• Assist in user acceptance testing and integration efforts, ensuring smooth connectivity and data transfer

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education, training, and experience
• Professional experience with web services, data management, and relational databases
• Experience with enterprise software applications and customizing third-party applications
• Ability to travel to multiple client locations
• Experience with Learning Management Systems or Talent Management Systems is preferred
