Technical Implementation Lead

Job Summary

Driving successful client implementations, the full-time remote Technical Implementation Lead will serve as a technical subject matter expert, guiding clients through onboarding and resolving complex technical challenges while ensuring data accuracy throughout the implementation lifecycle.

Key responsibilities:

• Lead requirements gathering sessions and translate business needs into technical configurations and implementation plans
• Serve as a technical advisor during client onboarding, guiding clients on integration capabilities and best practices
• Analyze and resolve data anomalies and inconsistencies through comprehensive validation and root cause analysis

Required qualifications:

• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent work experience
• 3+ years direct experience in or integrating with Epic and/or Cerner EHRs
• 3+ years experience in healthcare revenue cycle management, preferably in insurance recovery and complex claims
• Strong technical proficiency, including advanced SQL skills and experience with ELT processes and SSIS packages
• Preferred experience working with HL7, FHIR, and APIs
