Technical Implementation Lead

Job Summary

Owning the implementation process for enterprise customers, the full-time remote Technical Implementation Lead will manage customer onboarding, configure monitoring systems, and troubleshoot network issues while ensuring full platform adoption.

Key responsibilities

• Lead enterprise customer implementations from kickoff to full platform adoption, focusing on deployment speed and quality
• Configure and deploy monitoring, alerting, and automation policies within customer environments
• Act as a technical translator between customers and product teams, providing feedback to improve the platform

Required qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years in a hands-on technical role at an MSP or as a corporate IT administrator
• Practical experience with scripting, server administration, and network deployment, including firewalls
• Hands-on experience with monitoring and RMM platforms
• Ability to independently troubleshoot and resolve technical issues
• Strong communication skills to translate technical details for customers and internal teams
